Role & responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries in person, via phone calls, emails, and chats to provide travel solutions.
Connect with current travel agencies to generate leads.
Plan and customise holiday packages based on customer requirements.
Book air tickets, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements for customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably related to tourism or travel).
Solid knowledge of holiday packages, travel process, tourism industry trends, and travel agent activities.
