Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation & Performance Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting, along with a valuable understanding of performance testing practices.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of our applications through robust automation and performance validation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks using tools like Playwright
Develop and manage test scripts using Shell scripting and other scripting/programming languages
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, or similar tools)
Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests
Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and failure points
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure continuous quality and deliv
Contribute to improving test strategies, frameworks, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in test automation and QA engineering




Strong hands-on experience in:
Playwright (or similar automation tools)
Shell scripting
CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
Good understanding of performance testing concepts (load, stress, endurance testing)
Familiarity with performance testing tools and approaches
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile development environments

Nice to Have:
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., k6, JMeter, etc.)
Knowledge of distributed systems / microservices architecture
Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Basic understanding of cloud and Kubernetes environments
