Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise backup systems including Veeam, IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM), Bridge head and Barracuda Backup
Manage daily backup operations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis. Perform regular restore testing and support recovery operations.
Maintain and optimize backup policies, schedules, and storage targets across platforms.
Administer and maintain Backend Storage and Data Domain infrastructure for backup storage and performance.
Ensure high availability and data protection across virtual and physical settings.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure backup coverage and capacity planning.
Document configurations, procedures, and recovery processes.
Participate in planning and execution of storage and backup infrastructure upgrades or migrations.




Ensure compliance with data retention policies, audit requirements, and security standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations
Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking
Performs incident management and change management execution.
Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations.
Positive understanding on ITIL practices
Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now/Flexera/Remedy.
Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.
Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data backup requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements.
