Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors and sponsors.
Conduct research and identify recent funding opportunities and partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Manage and analyze fundraising data to track progress and performance.
Identify and pursue recent business development opportunities to drive growth.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in fundraising and sales, preferably in the employment or recruitment industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
Strong knowledge of the employment and recruitment industry, including current trends and best practices.
Experience working with CRM software and other fundraising tools is an asset.
