Roles and Responsibility
Oversee the construction process to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate smooth operations.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential problems.
Develop and implement effective construction plans and strategies.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure compliance with architectural and structural designs.
Manage and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent.




Expertise in industrial construction, layout, and related fields.
Proven experience in site engineering and management.
Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
