Stock Accuracy & Inventory Control: - Implementing the cycle counting system for the raw material & ensure zero variation the system stock /physical stock
Responsible for overall activities related secure Storage & handling .
Maintaining the stock accuracy and minimum reorder level
Visual control of storage location and upkeep of the material
Issuance of the material against authorised docs only ,to the different departments
cetagorising valuewise / importancewise , (ABC analysis)
Supervising all activities related to Stores like Receiving & Issuing the material dispatching of rejected & subcontracted material & maintaining it in ERP system accordingly
Creating & Maintaining proper material placement layout on shop floor by identifying an area for each and every material as per the usage
Reconciliation for the inventory
Proper housekeeping of the Store area
Working as per the procedures laid down by ISO/ TS Quality Systems




Proper maintenance of all the Stores material and handling equipments
Material reconciliation of out sourcung items & maintaining tools transfer doc .
Reporting daily , weekly , monthly regarding all activities ,
Effective management on docs movement /handling , No Grin pendency .
Developing and approving IMS documents where required
Identifying IMS related problems encountered in the area of activity
Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to Quality, Setting, Health and Safety
Initiating, recommending and providing solutions through designated channels
Verifying the effectiveness of solutions implemented, and
Control of nonconforming products / activities in the area
