Solid communication skills and willingness to work in the US Staffing industry are the key requirements.

Responsibilities:
End-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
Sourcing & screening US candidates
Working on US-based requirements
Coordinating interviews & offer closures
Managing candidate pipelines through ATS/portals

Candidates with exposure to VMS/MSP, W2 hiring, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or prior US Recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
