Principal Engineer (.NET Azure) Experience: 10+ Years

Role Summary Lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. Provide architecture guidance, technical leadership, hands-on engineering support, and mentor teams to drive engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and design enterprise applications using .NET Core, Microservices, and Azure.
Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Lead technical design reviews, POCs, and solutioning discussions.
Guide development teams and help resolve complex technical challenges.
Drive application reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders for successful delivery.
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.

Microservices Architecture
Azure Services: App Services, Service Bus, Durable Functions, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Function Apps

Observability using Dynatrace or equivalent APM tools
