We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Lead - Javawith strong expertise inMicroservices architecture, Spring Boot, and database design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance applications and guiding development teams with best practices and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and designscalable and robust architectureusing Java and Microservices.
Lead the end-to-endarchitecture design and developmentof enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
Design and implementRESTful APIsusing Spring Boot.
DriveMicroservices-based architecture, including service decomposition and communication patterns.
Ensurehigh availability, performance, scalability, and securityof applications.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Define and implementbest practices, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentor team members.
Collaborate with DevOps teams forcontainerization and cloud deployment(Docker,



Kubernetes preferred).

Required Skills Qualifications:
1215 years of experience inJava-based application development.
Robust expertise inCore Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Experience in designing and developingdistributed systems.
Hands-on experience withREST APIs, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
Strong knowledge ofdatabase design(SQL/NoSQL MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience withORM frameworkslike Hibernate/JPA.
Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience incontainerization and orchestration(Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge ofCI/CD tools(Jenkins, Git, etc.).
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have:
Experience withDomain-Driven Design (DDD)and event-driven architecture.
Exposure toAPI Gateway, Service Mesh (Istio).
Knowledge ofsecurity standards(OAuth2, JWT).
Experience inAgile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
