Role & responsibilities
Make daily sales calls to acquire highvalue Current Account customers within the assigned catchment and generate business for Trade & Forex services to drive feebased revenue.
Conduct diligent prospecting to understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable product and service solutions.
Provide transparent and timely communication on product features, services, pricing, and applicable charges.
Offer dedicated onboarding support during the first 30 days to ensure smooth adoption of banking services, digital activation, and relevant crosssell prospects aligned to the customer segment.
Represent the bank actively in branchdriven customer meets, events, and engagement activities.
Follow all bank processes and policies to ensure FirstTimeRight documentation and complete accuracy in onboarding applications.
Achieve daily sales call rosters with strict adherence to efforttracking and reporting norms.
