Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Linux-based fleet devices.
Assist in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of dashcams, GPS units, and related hardware.
Perform basic hardware diagnostics and replacement of faulty components.
Maintain installation logs, inventory records, and service reports using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth fleet deployments.
Support field engineers during installations and maintenance activities.
Document devices, serial numbers, and customer records accurately.
Travel to client locations for installation, servicing, and technical support.
Required Skills
Basic Linux operating system and command-line knowledge.
Basic computer hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.




Solid communication and teamwork.
Willingness to travel for field assignments.

Positive to Have
Exposure to Linux installation or configuration.
Knowledge of GPS, IoT, or dashcam devices.
Basic networking concepts.
Inventory or asset management exposure.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
