Key Responsibilities:-
Project execution and monitoring of civil works from planning through completion.
Plant civil maintenance and coordination of repair/upgradation activities.
Preparation and modification of engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Review, verification, and checking of contractor bills against actual work executed.
Quantity surveying, quantity estimation, and BOQ preparation.
Measurement verification and coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of civil projects.

Required Skills:-




Fluent in AutoCAD drafting and interpretation of engineering drawings.
Strong knowledge of civil project execution and monitoring.
Good understanding of BOQ, quantity surveying, estimation, and contractor bill checking.
Experience in plant civil maintenance and industrial projects.
Positive communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with contractors.

Candidate Profile:-
We are looking for a Civil Engineering skilled with 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical/industrial R&D; environment, with solid hands-on expertise in project execution, AutoCAD, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and contractor bill verification.
