Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP technical and functional positions.
Understand client requirements and prepare effective candidate search strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on SAP skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
Recruit for SAP roles such asSAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, BW, BASIS, Security, CPI, EWM, S/4HANA, etc.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews and client discussions.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage salary negotiation, offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and closure targets.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of SAP professionals for current and future requirements.

Required Skills :
Experience inIT recruitment with robust exposure to SAP hiringpreferred.
Good knowledge of SAP technologies and functional modules.
Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience withNaukri, LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/Recruitment CRM.
Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet strict hiring TATs.
