Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify recent business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.




Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in relationship management or a related field.
Solid understanding of digital media and its applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
