Cost Estimation: Running financial forecasting, budgeting, and detailed cost-to-complete analyses. Billing Management: Certifying running account (RA) bills, subcontractor invoices, and handling final account settlements. Variation Claims: Tracking in office design revisions and documenting deviation/variation claims for client approvals. Material Reconciliation: Conducting regular audits of material consumption against wastage targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum working Experience required: 5 to 7 Years
Revit MEP, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and MS Office
