Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are not only functional but also optimized for performance and user experience.

Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning Apps
Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, batch jobs, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
Understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and transaction management to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Skilled Technical Skills:
Solid proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Security Model and Salesforce Flows.
Practical knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Integration Patterns.
Experience with agile methodologies and practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15-year full time education is required.
