Responsibilities
Prepare and process client RA bills and subcontractor/vendor bills.
Verify quantities based on approved drawings, BOQs,site measurements & contract documents.
Prepare quantity take-offs for Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical works.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients for billing approvals.
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
Track material consumption and work progress against project schedules.
Prepare MIS reports related to rate, billing, cost, and project status.
Support contract administration and commercial documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
6+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, or Cost Management.
Location - Project site OR Remote- Punjab (Candidates should be willingto travel between Ludhiana and Amritsar as per project requirements.)
