Responsibilities
Oversee integration/migration projects for Network (LAN/WAN/WIFI/IoT) and Telephony infrastructures throughout the entire DMND lifecycle.
Close knowledge of the business.
Gather client requirements.
Qualify client needs.
Evaluate and prepare technical and commercial proposals in conjunction with the Solution Expert.
Submit project quotes to the client.
Construct project plans with all stakeholders.
Place orders with various suppliers.
Follow up on actions with project contributors.
Provide client reporting.
Monitor project budget.
Implement the technical solution with the Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Ensure handover to MSP support teams.
