This role is part of Fortra India Global Capability Center (GCC), where you will work as an integrated member of their global team, employed through Aeries, contributing directly to Fortra's mission and growth.

Responsibilities
Manage the renewal process, from quoting, contract facilitation, internal approvals, through to ensuring the Order is processed adhering to Customer Operations SLA(s).
Ensure all Renewal and Sales activities are within the approval guidelines to protect and drive a positive increase to ARR.
Lead a team of Renewals Specialists supporting their learning, development, and growth prospects
Train team members on how to maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
