Draft tender documents, participate in the tendering process, bid evaluations and prepare final negotiated bid evaluation reports with contracts award recommendations.
Pre-qualification of bidders based on parameters set forth jointly with stockholders.
Draft submissions to the Sr. Vice President (Procurement & Contract) for seeking Apex approval for the award of the Contracts.
Maintaining contractual records as well as develop & implement contract policies and procedures. Award of Contracts and Supply/Service Agreements for Civil, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC packages.
Drafting appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions and ensuring the implementation of the Contract Documents throughout the contract period to best serve and preserve the Company's interests.
Knowledge of SAP MM module for Processing current Contracts and amendments.
Monitoring the performance of Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Service providers periodically.
Drafting contractual correspondence and notices to maintain the effective administration of all contractual matters and for use in substantiating the future claims.
