Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LT Panel & PLC Panel Estimation Engineer with 25 years of experience in electrical panel estimation, costing, BOM preparation and techno-commercial quotation.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical components, panel manufacturing, electrical drawings and costing for PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD and Distribution Panels.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare estimation and costing for LT and PLC control panels.
Prepare BOM, BOQ and techno-commercial quotations.
Estimate material, manufacturing and project costs accurately.
Study and interpret Electrical Drawings, SLDs, BOQs and Control Schematics.
Select appropriate electrical components based on project requirements.
Prepare detailed costing using MS Excel.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchase, Production and Vendors.




Obtain and compare vendor quotations for electrical components.
Support the sales team with technical and commercial inputs.
Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive and submitted within timelines.
Maintain costing records, BOMs and estimation databases.

Panels / Products Experience

Candidates should have experience estimating or costing one or more of the following:
PCC Panels
MCC Panels
APFC Panels
PLC Panels
VFD Panels
Distribution Panels
Control Panels
LT Panels

Required Skills
25 years of experience in Electrical Panel Estimation / Costing.
Solid knowledge of electrical components and panel manufacturing.
Positive understanding of BOM, BOQ and project costing.
Ability to read and understand SLD, electrical drawings and control schematics.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of electrical brands such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, L&T;, Legrand, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Omron or similar.
Good coordination and communication skills.
AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
