Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing up-to-date frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle ADF.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
Experience with up-to-date frameworks and agile practices.
Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions.
Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
Additional Information- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle ADF.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
