Key Responsibilities
Manage overall housekeeping operations across the mall, including common areas, washrooms, food court, parking and back-of-house areas.
Supervise housekeeping staff, allocate duties and monitor daily attendance and performance.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the mall.
Coordinate cleaning schedules, manpower deployment and periodic deep-cleaning activities.
Monitor housekeeping materials, chemicals, equipment and inventory.
Coordinate with Facility, Security, Engineering and other departments for smooth mall operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and housekeeping SOPs.
Handle customer/tenant housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor housekeeping vendors and ensure service quality as per agreed standards.
Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports and maintain necessary records.
