Role & responsibilities
Coordinate implementation and continual improvement of all 7 Responsible Care Codes across applicable units.
Maintain RC documentation, self-assessment, evidence matrix, KPI data and overall audit readiness.
Coordinate ICC Responsible Care audits, observations, CAPA and timely closure with concerned HODs.
Coordinate Responsible Care awareness, training and periodic performance reviews.
Coordinate Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001,14001 and 45001.
Plan and coordinate internal audits, Management Review Meetings, certification and surveillance audits.
Maintain IMS procedures, SOPs, formats, records and document-control requirements.
Track audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions and effectiveness verification.
Coordinate Process Safety Management (PSM) activities with Production, Engineering, Projects and EHS teams.
Support and track HAZOP / PHA, HIRA, Management of Change (MOC), Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) and closure of identified actions.




Support process safety audits, compliance reviews and implementation of corrective / preventive actions.
Monitor implementation of process safety procedures, operating controls, mechanical integrity and critical safety-system requirements. Coordinate tracking and analysis of process safety incidents, near misses and PSM leading / lagging indicators.
Monitor RC, IMS and PSM KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports for management.
Ensure consistent implementation of RC, IMS and PSM requirements across locations.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on plant-level coordinator with positive understanding of chemical manufacturing, capable of coordinating with Production, Engineering, Projects, EHS, QA, Logistics, Security and other functions for effective implementation of Responsible Care, IMS and Process Safety Management systems.
