;Manage end-to-end program delivery for Conversation Banking transformation initiatives
;Coordinate across cross-functional teams to keep delivery aligned with programme milestones
;Own planning, tracking, and reporting for the Contact Center-related workstream
;Escalate and resolve delivery risks/issues in a timely manner
;Support stakeholder communication and alignment across business and technology teams
; Required / Must-Have Skills
;At least 4 5 years of Program Management experience in a PM-lead capacity
;Experience working within a Transformation programme/project construct
;Experience in a large global organization (preferably Retail Banking)
;Understanding of the Contact Center domain within any banking context
