Develop site layouts, concepts and detailed architectural designs from concept to documentation.
Provide architectural frameworks as baselines for AI-driven development and integration.
Coordinate with structural engineers to align designs with technical and material requirements.
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of design,



technology and engineering.
Refine designs through iterative reviews and feasibility assessments.

Skills & competencies
Proven track record developing detailed drawings and models for residential units.
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and architectural visualisation tools.
Familiarity with Delhi local building norms, guidelines and municipal approval processes.
Positive understanding of interior materials, able to create material palettes.
Excellent communication, team leadership and consultant coordination skills.
