Role & responsibilities
Oversee and supervise in office activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors and vendors to ensure a smooth workflow and timely execution.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution challenges.
Monitor project timelines, budgets and material procurement to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Maintain detailed documentation, including daily progress reports, site issues and material usage.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Provide technical support and guidance to subcontractors and laborers.




Address client concerns and ensure project alignment with their expectations.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress and challenges.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as per project requirements.

Qualifications and skill requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior site supervision and project execution
Robust knowledge of interior materials, finishes and construction methodologies
Knowledge of health and safety standards and site management protocols
