Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities of the stores
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation against purchase orders.
Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems.
Monitor stock levels
Ensure timely issue of materials to production and other departments.
Implement FIFO practices wherever applicable.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality
Ensure proper documentation for receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
Prepare and submit inventory and stores-related reports to management.

GRN and material issue accuracy

Preferred candidate profile
7 to 10 years of experience in stores operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in handling raw materials, Electric motor spares, consumables, and production-related inventory is preferred.
Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
