Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions for international clients
Deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused resolutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication standards
Ensure an excellent customer experience (CX) across all touchpoints
Adhere to quality standards, SLAs, and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Stream)




Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience (Mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (UK/US/AUS) and Work from Office

Compensation & Growth
Freshers: Up to 4.5 LPA
Experienced Candidates: Minimum 30% hike on last drawn salary
Maximum Package: Up to 7.5 LPA
