Duties and Responsibilities
Support field through trouble shooting on system
Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
Monthly hold clearance
Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
Coordinate with Sales?& ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
Liasoning with functional team - Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
