We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering / Automation qualified with strong experience in EV Motor manufacturing and automated production lines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing engineering, maintenance and automation activities for BLDC/PMSM motor manufacturing lines.
Manage and troubleshoot equipment such as coil winding, magnet insertion, balancing, varnishing, fusing, Dyno and EOL testing systems.
Drive OEE, machine availability, MTBF, MTTR and downtime reduction through effective maintenance and RCA.
Handle PLC/HMI/SCADA, servo systems, motion control, robotics/cobots, vision systems and automated assembly equipment.
Support current machine specification, PFMEA, machine trials, PPAP, installation and commissioning.
Drive Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, RCA,



8D and Poka-Yoke initiatives.
Ensure PLC/HMI software backup, version control and continuous improvement of automation systems.
Lead maintenance teams and ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO and plant safety standards.
Ensure reliable operation of critical plant utilities and electrical systems.

Ideal Profile
Robust experience in EV Motor / BLDC / PMSM manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Automation and Maintenance.
Good exposure to PLC, HMI, SCADA, servo, robotics and automated production lines.
