Develop and maintain detailed civil project schedules using Primavera P6 MS Project.
Prepare L1/L2/L3 schedules, baseline programmes and detailed execution plans.
Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify delays, critical activities and bottlenecks.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports MIS.
Develop recovery plans and monitor corrective actions for project delays.
Coordinate with Civil, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC and Project Management teams.
Monitor manpower, material, machinery and resource requirements.
Track foundations, RCC structures, buildings, roads, drainage, utilities and infrastructure works.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, civil contractors and consultants.
Conduct critical path analysis, delay analysis and schedule forecasting.
Support project management in achieving project milestones within planned timelines.
Maintain project documentation, progress trackers and planning dashboards.
