Role & responsibilities
Machining Process & Tool Illustration Development
Tool Details: NX CAD, Teamcenter, AutoCAD
Collect all necessary input from program teams to create process sheets
Create station wise process sheets and upload program share points
Create Cutting Design for manufacturing with necessary details
Deliver engineering drawings with 100% quality as per checklist
Review with program Manufacturing Engineers and reliease

Domain Skills Required
Machining Process
Cutting Tools Knowledge
GD & T and its funcationality
Available 2D Tool drawings, 3D Fixture, Adapter plate, machine models.
Classify all the 2D and 3D data in Teamcenter library
Receive Inputs from counterparts.
Assembly Part / Fixture/ Tooling
Create cut sections as per designed views.
Provide manufacturing GD&T; detailing in drawings.
