About the Role
We are looking for an 5 to 8 years of experienced Appian qualified to design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Appian and optimize Appian modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Appian development, process automation, improving performance, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records,

Sites, Reports, and Process Models.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party

services.
Conduct unit testing, debugging,



and performance tuning of Appian

applications.
Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.
Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices across Appian applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in Appian development.
• Solid knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models,

Records, Reports, Sites.
• Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected

Systems.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred
• Appian Level 2 Certification or higher.

Optional
• Experience with Appian Cloud Administration and Appian RPA
