Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for India Branded Business
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and business stakeholders.
Ensure timely feedback collection and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Provide regular updates on recruitment status, challenges, and pipeline.
Ensure complete documentation and compliance during the hiring process.
Maintain candidate database for future hiring requirements.
Enhance employer branding through job postings and social media platforms.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have experience in Sales recruitment
