Role & responsibilities
Machine Operation & Monitoring: Run and monitor heavy mixing, pouring, cutting, and-autoclave machinery during shift production.
Preventive Maintenance: Carry out routine checks and servicing on gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic presses, pneumatic actuators, and pumps.
Breakdown Troubleshooting: Fix mechanical failures quickly to reduce line stoppages.
Autoclave Support: Assist in operating and monitoring high-pressure steam autoclaves safely under standard operating procedures.
Safety & Housekeeping: Follow plant safety rules, wear PPE, and keep the working floor clean of raw materials/slurry

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Skills: Valuable mechanical aptitude, reading blueprints or assembly diagrams, and handling hand/power tools.
Physical & Shift Work: Willingness to work in rotating industrial factory shifts
