Role Description: Provide high quality, real-time assistance to clients in support of their projects. Responsible for live production of Page works within set target timelines and by understanding customer expectations through established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline

Technical Qualifications: InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, other Adobe CC applications and MS Office.

Organization Structure: Report to the CM/ACM

Work Schedule: Ability to work adaptable schedule during day, night and weekend shifts including US shift timings.

Description of Responsibility:
Ensure work is completed as per job plan from Shift Lead / Shift Manager
Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner
Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the Lead / QC for appropriate client clarification




Keep Shift Lead / Shift Manager proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal commit time
Adhere to RRD Policies
Adhere to print and electronic security and physical access procedures
Ensure production level accuracy in filling all production level reports
Check on daily basis for feedback
Ensure process adherence at all times
Should tutor/mentor/train the junior designers and also be responsible for the quality of work delivered by them.

Preferred Skills:
Robust design abilities and proficiency in software applications such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS office.
Ability to handle large volumes and ensure adherence to time and quality
Digital image illustration, retouching and color correction a plus
Mac based as required
Positive oral and written communication skills in English
Excellent presentation and layout skills
