We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Lab Superintendent to join our team at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and manage all laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of testing and analysis.
Lead and motivate a team of laboratory staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.
Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory activities, including test results and inventory management.




Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a university or educational setting.
Solid knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols, with experience in managing laboratory staff.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
