We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate / Senior Associate in US Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position is based in Pune.

Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions for complex healthcare problems.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in healthcare operations and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patients.
Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in healthcare services.
Provide expert guidance on healthcare-related matters, including policy, regulations, and compliance.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in US healthcare.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of the US healthcare system, including regulations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving,



and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Experience working with healthcare software and systems, including electronic health records (EHRs) and claims processing systems.
Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including payment models, reimbursement rates, and cost control measures.
