We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Analyst-ITIL to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in IT service management.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT services.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests and problems.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to document common issues and resolutions.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
Experience with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies.
