Specific Responsibilities:
Acquire recent clients and generate brokerage revenue.
Manage and maintain existing client relationships.
Provide market updates, stock ideas, and trading support.
Increase client trading activity and business.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients.
Coordinate with Research, RMS, Operations, and Back Office teams.
Resolve client queries and ensure quality service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Current Client Acquisition
Client Activation Retention
Trading Volume
Lead Conversion
Cross-Selling.
Monthly / Quarterly Target Achievement.

Technical Competencies /Skills:




Positive knowledge of Equity Markets and Trading.
Knowledge of Demat, Trading Accounts, Equity basic FO.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Good client relationship management skills.
NISM certification preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:
15 years of experience in Equity Broking / Stock Broking / Financial Services.
