Understand the company's manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media, walk-in drives, job fairs, etc.
Call candidates and explain the job role, salary, location, shifts, allowances, and other perks.
Conduct telephonic screening/interviews.
Check candidates' experience, skills, availability, and salary expectations.
Shortlist suitable candidates for the next round.
Schedule and coordinate face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate with HR, operations, and hiring managers.
