Job Purpose

To support Cozmos growing social media and content requirements across its brands and divisions by assisting with content planning, creation, on-ground coverage and community engagement, while strengthening in-house content capabilities.

Key Tasks
Support the development and execution of the social media content calendar.
Draft engaging captions and social media copy aligned with brand tone and platform requirements.
Create basic social media creatives using Canva and other accessible content creation tools.
Capture on-ground photo and video content at events, activations and travel-related activities.
Research social media trends, formats, sounds, topics and content prospects relevant to Cozmos brands.
Support content adaptation for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
Assist with community engagement, including monitoring comments, messages and relevant interactions.




Coordinate with the wider marketing/content team to support timely delivery of routine content requirements.

Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Creative, curious and comfortable experimenting with content formats.
Valuable awareness of social media trends and digital culture.
Comfortable being on-ground at events and travel-related activations.
Proactive, organised and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
Arabic writing skills are an advantage.

Education

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field; suitable for a fresh graduate or final-year student.
