Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize application reliability.
Document troubleshooting processes and share knowledge to support continuous team learning.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).
Solid analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with business process workflows related to profitability and cost management.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
