Role & responsibilities
Manage BOAT & NAPS apprentice recruitment from educational institutions
-Source candidates through Government and Private Job Fairs and other recruitment channels.
-Coordinate BOAT & NAPS apprentice onboarding, entry and exit formalities.
-Manage DBT-related activities, Process and follow up on BOAT & NAPS reimbursement claims.
-Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
-Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and management dashboards.
-Coordinate BTC training and employee development programs.
-Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and statutory/compliance-related data.
