Perform raw materials process quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
Conduct COA (Certificate of Analysis) verification for all incoming raw materials.
Manage the release and approval process for raw materials to Contract Manufacturers.
Oversee the release and approval of finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Send samples to external laboratories for testing and meticulously review and release reports and batches.
Implement risk-based decision management in all quality-related processes to ensure product safety and integrity.
Maintain proper and concise documentation for all quality assurance and control activities.
Food Safety & Compliance
Identify and address potential food safety risks throughout the production lifecycle.
Collaborate with production teams to implement and maintain Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ensure all processes and products comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in problem-solving initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control procedures and systems.
