Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable and confident Sales Executive with good English communication skills and experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, generating sales leads, understanding customer requirements, providing suitable product solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

Explain products, features, pricing, offers, and perks to customers.

Generate new leads through calls, references, showroom enquiries, and other sources.





Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, delivery, and after-sales support.

Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within company guidelines.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-up records and update sales activities.

Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Maintain a skilled and presentable appearance while interacting with customers.

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
