Key Responsibilities:
Incoming inspection of packaging materials as per specification and AQL.
Check bottles, caps, pouches, labels, cartons and other packaging components.
Perform dimension, weight, thickness, leakage, seal strength, torque and drop tests.
Conduct online/in-process packaging quality checks.
Verify artwork, barcode, batch number, MFD/EXP and MRP.
Identify and control packaging defects and non-conformities.
Raise NCR and support RCA & CAPA.
Handle supplier quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Support recent packaging trials and validation.
Maintain inspection records, test reports and quality documents.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and company quality standards.
Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Purchase, Warehouse and Suppliers.
