Mechanical Design Engineer Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems
Collaborate with Project Manager to determine project requirements
Prepare engineering calculations, drawings and specifications
Perform design and production trials
Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems and prototypes
Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members
Review and approve documentation for quality and safety
Perform project analysis
Mechanical Design Engineer requirements and qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of X years of experience in mechanical engineering
Experience with mechanical design and control systems
Experience with manufacturing process development
Experience with CAD tools
