Role & responsibilities

Robust experience in building REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks. FastAPI is preferred.
• Strong experience with Message Queue RabitMQ is preferred
• Solid experience with ORM frameworks, including SQLAlchemy, and database migration tools such as Alembic.
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, scalable, high-performance code and unit testing.
• Deep understanding of Python’s multi-threading, multi-processing, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience in Prompt engineering, vibe coding, using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants.
• Ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code while ensuring maintainability, security,



and performance standards.
• Experience and knowledge of SDLC and agile framework.
Nice to have skills
• Exposure to contemporary engineering platforms such as Harness / Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI/LLM-based services into applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
• Experience with Redis or other caching mechanisms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
